Travelers

First to Charlotte for a weekend. Off to Maryland. To New York City for three days, then to Washington D.C. for 3 days. Our family has gotten used to traveling. I’m thinking that is a good thing, though, considering we are heading to Peru in 1.5 weeks. In Charlotte and Maryland, our family visited our grandparents. It was fun and we learned a lot through museums and historical places that we visited. In New York, we visited our uncle and aunt, also subwaying (get it?) to the Museum of Natural History, B & H photo, and many more of the sites and places New York has to offer.

This has all been fun, but it is also tiring. When it is 8:30 I am exhausted, but then again, what a great night sleep! I miss all of my friends in NC (and other places), but it makes it a lot easier knowing that when we come back in 8 months they will still be there. I am keeping up with my schooling through an online program, so it should be easy to settle back in when we return. I am excited for this trip and for the learning opportunities and experiences it will present.
