Gone

Gone

We have left Asheville for the final time in the next 10 months. Thus begins the journey. We will spend a few weeks visiting family and seeing sites, before heading out to Peru for a few months. When I was in the car the other day, I heard an ambulance go by. As I do when I hear an ambulance, I silently prayed, “We pray for those who need Your help.” A few seconds later, I realized that we are all in need of His help. I then modified it to, “We pray for those people in that bad situation,” referring to those the ambulance was going to. We are all broken, and without God we are empty wells (From Casting Crowns). We need God to fill us up. As you go through the day, think about that emptiness you may have inside of you, and let God help you with that. Also, I recently saw an inspiring video on the Invisible Children in Uganda called Kony 2012 (it’s 30 minutes long, but well worth it).

    Hey Wagners,

Thanks so much for doing this blog. It is a great way for us to keep up with your journey. I’m so glad that this option exists these days.

Good luck and enjoy each new discovery!
